Cooking is processing food ingredients into delicious dishes. Chef in a restaurant surely can cook but common people like us could also cook. To be a cook or a chef is not impossible as long as you have the will to do so. Recipe is made to follow and as long as you stick to the recipe then you’ll do just fine. Nothing could beat delicious dishes but what about its nutrition value? Have you ever count your calories and not just because you have to look good? Just barely counting? Well, that makes sense.

We eat to live and not live to eat. We should start to care with our body and what we eat. What we produce is based on what we eat. Have you ever hear about breakfast is the important meal of the day? Well, that is true. Having breakfast in the morning would make your day balance. You won’t get starving during lunch and thus you would eat just enough to be politely hungry at dinner time. Without breakfast we could go starving at lunch and thus eat more than we needed and during dinner we won’t be feeling too hungry to eat. That would ruin the eating pattern. Our organ is not something that we can adjust to our needs every time we change our pattern particularly in eating. By changing our pattern rapidly we increase the risk of disease attacking our organs especially our digestion organ.

Just eating breakfast is not enough these days. Eating healthy food with balance nutrition would be better than just cereal and milk. Carbs, protein and vitamin should be available during our meal. Cooking for ourselves is better since we could adjust in what kind of ingredients we like and we don’t like. We could also arrange our food so that we could get balance nutrition from our meal. Plus it’s cheaper to cook for yourself than buy meal outside. So what is keeping you to become the chef for your body?
